While at the All Candy Expo I got some sneak peeks at some new M&Ms coming soon. Seen above is a banner advertising the new packs of all green M&Ms. Playing off of Candy Urban Legend #3, these packs contain only green M&M’s, for those times when you want to feel a bit frisky.
Next up is Wildly Cherry M&Ms. Available in March 2008, new M&M’S Wildly Cherry Chocolate Candies Limited Edition will be found in select retail stores nationwide. Much like their Razzberry cousins, they will only be available for a limited time and they will be available in all the usual package sizes.
UPDATE: Read our review of the Wildly Cherry M&Ms
Finally, you will see Mint Crisp M&Ms as a tie-in with the new Indiana Jones movie, set to release in May of 2008. These will be minty and contain rice crisps and will be promoted with the blockbuster movie, much like they did previously with the Pirates Of the Caribbean Pirate Pearls White Chocolate M&M’s.
UPDATE: Here is our review of the Indiana Jones Mint Crisp M&Ms
What’s not to love about more varieties of M&M’s? The only thing I can think of is that some are Limited Edition, so if you fall in love with them, they won’t be around forever – kind of like a high school crush. So sad. But it’s fun while it lasts.
Did you try the Wildly Cherry ones Brian? MARS gave me a tiny cup of samples and they were GOOD!!!
October 5th, 2007 at 12:15 pmI didn’t think that you could improve on M&M’s and more…. but this sounds great to me !
October 5th, 2007 at 5:12 pmOK, minty, crispy and chocolatey…god, I can’t wait! I love all things chocolate and mint and when I’m in the mood, that texture thing of mine just totally digs the crispiness of that combo, too. Mmmmm! Not a huge cherry candy fan (it usually tastes too much like cough syrup to me), but hey, it’s M&Ms, so of course I’ll try ‘em…and yes, we do love that urban legend about the greenies, don’t we? ‘Bout time they capitalized on that…
October 5th, 2007 at 8:17 pmTo say I am just excited about the mint crisp M&Ms would be a gross understatement. I’ve been dying to try these things for ages.
October 6th, 2007 at 1:05 amI was able to snag a large bag of the mint crisp m&m’s through a friend of mine. Let me tell you they are freaking awesome, you guys won’t be disappointed.
October 13th, 2007 at 10:46 amMint crisp M&Ms???!!! Wow! I can’t wait to try them. I loved the crispy M&Ms they used to make back in the good old days. I wish they would bring those back, but I like mint flavored stuff, too, so I’ll certainly settle for these.
October 16th, 2007 at 1:10 amI bought a 5.25 oz bag of mint crisp m&m’s at the las vegas m&m store in sept. it is described as crisp center wrapped in natural mint flavored dark chocolate. delicious.
October 16th, 2007 at 12:51 pmI tried the Mint Crisp ones earlier this year when I went to Vegas. Good to hear there will be a more widespread release.
November 5th, 2007 at 10:20 pmIf you liked the Crispy m&m’s there are some petitons floating around to get them back on store shelves. If you have time, PLEASE sign them! As for the candy, I love mint chocolate but would have prefered it to be milk, and I don’t like the dark chocolate m&m’s. I hated the raspberry m&m’s with a passion, so I am a little loath to try the cherry ones.
February 22nd, 2008 at 2:46 amDidn’t like the cherry ones, and it’s a good thing cause my mom ate the large size bag of them.
February 23rd, 2008 at 5:27 pmMmm… I had a bag of Wildly Cherry M&Ms a few weeks ago, and they were DELICIOUS! Though my friends tried them, and they didn’t like them lol. I got mine at WaWa, but they probably have them at Turkey Hill, 7-11, and other convenience stores.
March 1st, 2008 at 10:08 pmI have not tried your new flavors of m&m but if you add any kind of nut to your new flavors I will eat it.I love your m&ms with nuts

OMG, these Wildly Cherry M&Ms are addictive. They are so so good. They have to make these in the big bags. They are so good I can do a commercial for them. lol
March 7th, 2008 at 11:39 amAnyone know where the cherry M&M’s are in Syracuse, New York? I would love to find them and I have been looking, but I can’t find them anywhere! Any feedback would be great!

I certainly would hope that M&M’s makewould think about making the cherry m&m’s all the time. because I absoutly love them they would be good in peanut m&m’s
March 16th, 2008 at 5:11 pmMint Crisp (Indiana Jones) came out yesterday at 7-11. There are soime FUNKY shapes in there too. The quality control was very lax at the factory… we are talking “Belly Flop” quality weird pebble shapes. But there M’s with hat, skulls, and compases which look really cool. They are really minty, are REALLY good. Very addicting, and should ALWAYS be available.
April 11th, 2008 at 7:00 pmI bought a pack of these today. They were the last ones in the display, probably left over from Feb, but I must agree that these are the best M&M’s yet!
We have a candy called Cherry Mash, that I like, but these Wildly Cherry M&M’s are even better! Does anyone think these will go full time? I sure hope so.
May 11th, 2008 at 9:56 pmOk, I can’t find the mint crisp M&M’s anywhere in the Bay Area. I called Mars company and they said they were available the whole month of May. They also added that they are no longer being made. I asked why the advertisement in conjunction with the Indiana Jones Movie if they were not going to be readily available. No answer. No help. She could not give me locations of where they were available. So if anyone knows, please help. I really want to try them. I love mint and chocolate. Thanks.
