  1. This idea has been around for a while as a textural element in chocolate showpieces. But how smart to sell it as is ( I know when I’ve used it as garnishes, it doesn’t all end up on the plate!). Have to say, I’m jealous I didn’t think of this first.

  2. That kind of looks like a honeycomb, which freaks me out a little bit. I prefer to think of it as bubble wrap. Yum!
