While browsing around the Cybercandy site (the best darn candy site in the U.K.), checking out some of their gross candies like Chocolate Slugs, Chocolate Squashed Hedgehogs, and Chocolate Rabbit Droppings, I came across the best one: a tin of White Chocolate Maggots.
White Chocolate Maggots Tin: A wacky, yucky gift idea perhaps for your fisherman friend! A ring pull tin of maggot shaped white chocolate pieces. Does not contain real maggots.
Maggots are one of the most disgusting creatures on Earth – what a great idea for a candy! I love that last line – “Does not contain real maggots.” Do gummi worms also say “does not contain real worms.” I guess not since gummi worms aren’t the same color of worms. Does anyone make gummi worms that really look like real worms? I couldn’t find any, but those would be cool!

Sick! Yuck! Barf! Gah! You couldn’t PAY me to eat these.

Yes, as a matter of fact. One year I found some overisized, realistically-colored gummi earthworms as a Halloween novelty candy. Can’t remember the brand, though.
