Above you see the results of the poll where I asked the women: “What do you want for Valentine’s Day?” I was trying to see if women really do like candy for Valentine’s Day or not. With 98 people voting (almost hit 100), the winner was Dinner Out, followed closely by Candy/Chocolate. I am surprised that candy ranks that high (of course, this is a candy site, so that probably skewed it a bit). I’m really surprised at how low flowers ranked – it was next to last. This follows exactly my wife’s thinking. She said she wanted some nice truffles and she always says not to buy her flowers on holidays (when they are expensive) – she much prefers flowers on a regular day (non-holiday) as a surprise.
