A DC-based pranster/artist named Mark Jenkins has unleashed his latest prank upon the world – parking meters-turned-lollipops. He’s converted a bunch of them into huge lollipops. Check out his gallery of pictures. I wonder if everyone gets tickets for not putting money in the lollipop meter.
