Sushi-shaped candy: Koo-Ki Sushi

Koo-ki Sushi

I’ve never even tried real sushi since I generally dislike most seafood even when it’s cooked, but I think I would try Koo-ki Sushi if it were presented to me. Koo-ki Sushi (The Art of Sushi in Chocolate) is made with chocolates, gummi pieces, nuts, cookies, and other candy-like ingredients and are actually dessert items made to look like sushi. The artisans have done a great job making candy look like seafood. They look good enough to eat, even for a seafood-hater like me!

  1. I live in Houston, and they sell them at a local store called candyliscious for like 8:99$ a box, and it only comes with a few pieces of candy. They’re not very very good and really expensive, but theyre just so damn cute!

  2. I love your koo ki shushi and would love to know what you put inside the center to make it look like it was real sushi?
If you could email me I would appreciate it greatly.
    Thank you, Ruthie
