Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company offers new selection of All Natural Chocolates

St. Louis, October 29, 2007 – Just in time for the busy holiday season, Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company releases a new selection of All Natural Chocolates. Using the company’s special blend of high cocoa 72% dark chocolate, these five new products have been designed for the health conscious.

The new products that are all natural are 72% dark chocolate cashews, 72% dark chocolate almonds, 72% dark chocolate blueberries, 72% dark chocolate cranberries and 72% solid breakup. Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company introduced its 72% dark chocolate in 2005 and has been very successful selling these chocolates in Dierbergs Markets and the 12 Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company retail stores. It was just recently that they had been specially formulated to become an all natural product. Dan Abel Jr. of Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company explained that “our 72% dark chocolates have been very successful in the last two years; we just wanted to take it a step further and make them all natural.”

All of the natural chocolates come in 4 ounce packages; the perfect size for a little snack. These dark chocolate snacks are also known to be heart healthy, contain antioxidants, and release endorphins which make people feel good. Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company has also held a Chocolate for Hearts charity even that was designed to build awareness of heart disease by selling heart healthy dark chocolates. In January of 2007, Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company and Dierbergs Markets raised thousands for the American Heart Association with their first Chocolate for Hearts campaign.

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company’s milk and dark chocolate recipes will not change. The company’s dark chocolate has 56% cocoa content while the milk has 38% cocoa content. The Swiss recipes have not changed since the company was founded in 1981. Founder Dan Abel studied with top chocolatiers around the world before he crafted the milk and dark chocolate recipes. The 72% blend was based off of the 56% platform, however a few ingredients were changed to make it all natural, the cocoa content was increased and some sugar was taken out. All of this was done to enhance the flavor of the pure cocoa in the dark chocolate. “When you take a bite out of our 72% dark chocolate, the first thing that you notice is the bold cocoa flavor followed by a smooth chocolate finish that cleanses the palate” said Abel. It is a truly rewarding experience.

ABOUT CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE COMPANY:
Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company is an award-winning chocolatier founded in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to the opening in 1981, founder Dan Abel spent over a decade prior training with the finest chocolatiers in the world. His apprenticeship taught him everything there is to know about the art of crafting premium chocolates in small batches. Some of the recipes and techniques used today come from old time candy makers dating back to 1904.

The original candy kitchen is still in operation today at the headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. The company has grown from one location to over a dozen retail stores, with the same time honored methods of old fashioned candy making. Old fashioned copper kettles mix the creamy caramels, crèmes and truffle centers that are then cut by hand after sitting on a chilling table. The centers are then enrobed by our meticulous chocolatiers, who inspect each piece before it leaves the candy kitchen. Most importantly, the chocolates consumed by customers are usually made the day they were purchased. There is nothing like a piece of chocolate the day it was made.
