Candyrific Introduces Two New M&M’S® Candy/Collectible Combinations

Louisville, KY (October 24, 2007) Candyrific, a leading novelty candy manufacturer, announced it is introducing two new M&M’S® Brand collectibles: its M&M’S® Brand Player and its M&M’S® Brand Etch A Sketch®. The Player entertains consumers with a little clip of recorded music, while the Etch A Sketch is a mini version similar to the large variety that has entertained millions for generations.

“Combining the world’s favorite candy, M&M’S® Chocolate Candies, with a collectible similar to the media players seen everywhere these days, as well as the timeless fun of the Etch A Sketch, make both items a winning–and tasty–combination,” said Robert Auerbach, president of Candyrific.

Candyrific recently introduced its first novelty candy with the M&M’S® Brand license: four character fans with the famous candy in the handle.

The M&M’S® Brand Player candy is sold in a 12-pack display. A master case holds 72. Retail price is $3.99. Each unit holds 0.64 ounces of candy. Each iconic M&M’S® Brand character plays the instrument shown, so Mr. Red plays a guitar and guitar licks. Ms. Green is shown singing and plays scat music, as would any great jazz musician, while Mr. Blue plays his world renowned saxophone.

The M&M’S® Brand Etch A Sketch is also $3.99 suggested retail. They come 12 to pack; 72 in a master case. Each holds 0.64 ounces of candy. The M&M’S® Brand -style buttons let kids make etched pictures.
