CHICAGO (September 17, 2007) – More than 2,000 sweet treats and savory snacks will debut at the National Confectioners Association’s (NCA) ALL CANDY EXPO® Sept. 17-19 in McCormick Place, Chicago, Ill. For the first time, this year savory snacks join the trade show, making the 2007 ALL CANDY EXPO® the largest snack, cookie and confectionery trade show in North America.
Nearly ten football fields large and featuring products from more than 75 countries, ALL CANDY EXPO® drives industry sales and converges emerging international trends on one trade show floor for three days of flavor experimentation and exploration. From dark and decedent gourmet cacao creations to new taste bud-twisting fruit fusions, ALL CANDY EXPO® offers the latest and greatest products and flavor experiences. Here’s a taste preview of what to expect from ALL CANDY EXPO®.
The Dark Side
