I was dying to own a Candy Addict t-shirt of my own so I finally did it. I had some t-shirts professionally screenprinted and they look fabulous. They are a nice grape-y/purple color with yellow text.

If I had a business card that stated the adjectives most appropriate for describing me, the first one would definitely be “Candy Addict.” The second? Nerd. I love sci-fi and computers almost as much as I love candy. Come to think of it, I’m happiest camped out in front of the TV watching Star Trek reruns and eating bonbons than I am anywhere else. Now, there’s a shirt that embraces both primary aspects of my personality.

From NerdyShirts comes the Nerds Rule T-Shirt. Featuring a nerd holding a box of Nerds, the shirt’s a great way to proclaim your or your loved one’s candy addicted nerdiness. At $20, though, I know I don’t have enough cash left over from my post-Easter purchases to buy one for myself. Ah well, at least my birthday is coming up soon…

Stumped for what to get your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day? Want a present which is sure to make an impression? Chocolate Pasties might be just the thing you’re looking for! Some time ago Brian reported about candy undies (for women and men – *shudder*). This version is for the chocoholic in you! The good people at Tom and Sally’s Handmade Chocolates have brought candy-eating to a whole new… erm… place.

Fully clothed? Wearing these is considered fully clothed? I hate to imagine what she thinks of as workout gear! Clearly, whoever came up with the name “Squeezers” for the peanut butter applicator has got a good sense of humor. I think these are some of the most entertaining chocolate products I’ve seen in a while, bringing new meaning to the expression “chocolate lover.”

Okay. I’m sorry. I just can’t write about these products seriously. Call me a prude, but I think some types of candy are really better left un-talked about. Tootsie Rolls can do more than just fill your belly with delicious chocolate-y goodness. Thanks to the good people at Fred Flare, they can now keep your neck warm too.

If it weren’t for the fact that 1) I don’t wear scarves and 2) my coworkers would mock me relentlessly for wearing a giant Tootsie Roll wrapper, I’d consider getting one. Perhaps I’ll get one as a gift for a candy-loving friend of mine this holiday season. The scarf is 5″ wide, by 74″ long. Imagine the size of the Tootsie Roll that would fit in there!

One of my favorite online T-shirt shops, Threadless, has come out with a new t-shirt that isn’t exactly candy-related, but it’s chocolate, so it’s close enough. It’s called The Elusive Chocolate Moose. I don’t think it’s quite as good as the Operation Sweet Tooth t-shirt (that’s still out of stock) I wrote about last year, but it’s still pretty snazzy.
