WE LIVE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. WE WERE ABLE TO BUY FLING DARK CHOCOLATE IN LOCAL STORES LIKE RITE AID AND WALGREENS. HOWEVER WE CANNOT FIND ANY MORE TO BUY RECENTLY. WHERE CAN WE BUY A CASE OR TWO OR THREE OF THOSE FLING DARK CHOCOLATES? WE ARE EVEN WILLING TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO US FROM OVERSEAS AND WE ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW WE CAN GO ABOUT BUYING A FEW CASES OF FLINGS (DARK CHOCOLATE OR MILK CHOCOLATE)...ANYWHERE OUT THERE IN THE VAST WORLD?
PLEASE CONTACT US AT IBLB2003@YAHOO.COM WITH THE INFORMATION. IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I love the dark chocolate ones. Every time I take a bite I feel guilty, because they taste so good! I'm in New Yok and get mine from the local bodega. But they seem to be the only store that carries them.

Usually I avoid anything that hot pink like the plague (seriously, the packaging looks like some kind of meal-replacement bar rather than chocolate.) But I'm hoarding my ACE samples like gold. They're just so crisp and light -they make a Twix look like a brick in comparison. I really hope they eventually make it this far north.

I must say that the marketing people at Mars are good. It's one thing to target the female market for something so risky as a chocolate bar, especially in this age of responsible eating, and another to label it the way they did... with just enough hint of sexuality.

@Cybele, I picked some up at the ACE and gave them to Cadence, so I don't think they're national yet

I freakin' LOVED these things. Happily, my loot bag didn't have the hazelnut variety, so I got to have two of the milk chocolate types. They were FABULOUS. Light and airy yet a great chocolate kick. I found myself feverishly digging through my small haul to see if I could dig up another bar. Alas, I couldn't, but I'll definitely be looking for these when they get a nationwide rollout.

Despite the bizarre & perhaps insulting marketing on them, they're tasty candy and rather different from other candy bars. (I didn't like the hazelnut ones though.)

Where did you get yours? They were being test marketed in Southern California, have they gone national now?

A naughty candy bar?
Candy companies using sex to sell just like everything else in the world... worked on me.
I'm going to try one.

Hershey's Fling is basically marketed for women who are looking for a delicious chocolate treat without having to worry about calorie content. The packaging is also cute, with the pink wrapper. I tried a couple of Fling bars already, and they really taste good.

But candy and chocolate manufacturers should probably stop developing products that are gender-based and are suggestive of what is good and bad for women, in particular, to eat.
