Thick brittle with whole peanuts. It tastes so fresh as if it was made yesterday. Plus, the company does a great job shipping it to me (California) from Virginia. Red Rocker also makes several varieties of toffee, and I recommend trying those, too. I love how these candies satisfy both my sweet tooth and salt craving -- perfect combo! As for the peanut brittle "dust" that Nico mentioned, I like using the broken bits at the bottom of the bag as ice cream topping! Yum. These brittles are fantastic!
