		<description>Brix actually refers to the system used in the US to measure the sugar content in grapes.  Growers use a device to help them determine the readiness of grapes before harvesting.  But I do think it&#039;s probably a play on words, in that the format is a &quot;brick&quot; of chocolate.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the review. You&#039;re correct in thinking that the dark and very dark Brix pair better with wine, more of a milk and cookies match. The pinot meant to pair with Milk Brix would be a light, Burgundy-style varietal. I hope that&#039;s what you used. 

I&#039;m puzzled why you only got Milk Chocolate. We always send 3-flavor samplers. Did it come from Brix or a retailer/distributor?
