Reese’s did sell a peanut butter cup product with rice crispies in them in Canada. I had one many years ago. Pretty good. Don’t know if it ever made it to the US. It was called Reese Crispy. I think it’s odd the Reese’s product in Canada usually leave off the ’s in Reese’s!

I’m with Laura on this one! they actually have been making those for a few years now! I’m a big fan of anything reese! But I have to second your motion when you say they still taste the same as the original! My personal fav is the reese whipped! Same great taste with out the guilt after!

I really like peanut butter cups, and I love crunchy peanut butter…

These cups would have been ten million times better if they had more nuts. I really want a crunch!

I like the Nutrageous but this sounds like it’d just bore me. It’s not like the original peanut butter cup needed improvement, after all. Well, more for Jessica this way! (P.S. You share your candy with your siblings? Oh dear, I hope mine happen to miss this post!)

did reese’s forget about the fact that they introduced this product a long time ago – i think it was the “nutty” edition? not to mention that there have been Big Cups with nuts for ages.

You are a good older brother! My little sister only gets my leftover review candy when it isn’t tasty enough to be worth finishing it myself.

As for a crunchy peanut butter cup, I think it would be interesting if they put in bits of that crunchy peanut butter stuff they use in Wunderbars and Crispy Crunch bars.

Maybe a crunchy candy coating over the peanut butter center and then the chocolate coating over that would make in essence a “crunchy” peanut butter cup!

As a little sister myself, I’m equally offended and amused by this post. :P Just kidding.

I do enjoy a good Reese’s Cup, though I prefer Reese’s Pieces, but I can honestly say that adding peanuts sounds like a terrible idea. Peanut butter is my favorite candy flavor, but I actually hate having peanuts (or any nuts) in candy, brownies, cookies, my teeth. (Now honey roasted peanuts are a different story….)

I much prefer crispies like you mentioned and would love to see a Reese’s Cup Crispies version.
