I have tried both of their caramels. The Choke Cherry Tree's caramels wins hands down! Softer, tastier... just better all the way around. Plus, all the other things that The Choke Cherry Tree offers will bring me back to them many times. I was in Pagosa Springs recently and I stopped by both The Choke Cherry Tree and Pagosa Candy. Pagosa Candy Company. I love caramels and I'm delighted you found such yummy soft ones. I hate it when they're so sticky that I end up with my teeth stuck together, drooling all over the place. We appreciate the time you took. we do not add cinnamon to our caramels but lots of customers think it is in there. There is also no wax or preservatives in the caramels.
