If you want a great lemon chocolate candy this one is THE BEST by far...Dr. Peter’s Lemon Breeze. Here's the webstie description.

Old fashioned ground up lemon sour balls mixed with creamy white chocolate and pure lemon oil, drenched in dark chocolate.

No chemical flavors, sharp lemon zing, creamy white chocolate sweetness, cruncy texture then the dark choclate as a perfect foil...WOW!!!

As usual, my neighborhood Walgreen's comes through with yet another CandyAddict reviewed candy, so I've now bought, unwrapped and indulged in some of these Lemon Creme Kisses.

I LOVE LEMON! Let's just get that out there. I will try ANYTHING with lemon in it. And I love good white chocolate, so I was expecting fabulous here. I like them, but they're not what I would call fabluous. Yes, I have to agree that the chemical-like aftertaste kind of ruins the first-taste effect I loved so much. They DO taste good, and yes, quite like a little bit of lemon meringue pie, but there was just "something" a little off for me, and it was/is the chemical-ness of the aftertaste.

Dang. I really wanted to be addicted to these! I wouldn't turn some down if offered, but I won't be buying another bag. I took the rest of this bag to my fellow musicians at rehearsal tonight, where they promptly disappeared before the end of the first hour!

Heh, I have the opposite reaction. There's nothing wrong with liking white chocolate, as a chocolate aficionado or not, and there are a few brands that don't deodorize the cacao butter so their white chocolate actually smells redolent and layered and like FOOD, even something like it might be related to chocolate. But this kind of white chocolate is just straight sugar. Hershey's cheats people and puts nasty crap, like PGPR, in their candy, and their milk chocolate smells sour and there's just a lot going on there.

I admit have a hard time trusting reviews that celebrate white chocolate, Hershey's, and especially white chocolate from Hershey's - but my personal biases aside, I don't understand how you can love these so much AND acknowledge their chemically bitter flavor and saccharine aftertaste!

It's so refreshing to find another chocolate afficionado who doesn't poo-pooh white chocolate. I will most definitely amass a little hoard of these babies! PS- great close-up photo!

I'm glad to finally see a review on these. I've had them in my office desk for a good month now. I don't remember where I commented about it on, but I know I did. I love them. Like lemon meringue pie in a tiny kiss. I thought they were amazing!
