Oh wait, maybe that was just me! I'd eat the melted ones and then cram more in, until I'd managed to consume a pretty large quantity with my small amount of hot chocolate. Now, as an adult, I can't seem to drink hot chocolate and really enjoy it without the marshmallows. This recipe sounds great, and with the addition of that vanilla even more wonderful! I am NOT waiting for November to make these to cram into any mug. Nope, I'm makin' 'em this weekend! I might even be bold and dye 'em pink then roll them in coconut...
