We recently reviewed Lava Bars and liked them so much that we wanted to share them with you so we teamed up with the company to bring you a Lava Bar giveaway. They graciously donated:
- 12 Lava Bars for 1st prize
- 6 Lava Bars for 2nd prize
- 3 Lava Bars for 3rd prize
What can you do with that many Lava Bars? First, you’ve got to warm them up! Just put the Lava Bar pouch in a mug of hot water or let it sit in the sun for a few minutes. That’ll do the trick. Then, pour it over ice cream or fresh fruit. The Lava Bar makes a great hot fudge! You can also use the Lava Bar to make coffee mocha, hot chocolate or even s’mores. And of course, you can just enjoy it straight from the pouch, like on hikes, picnics, in your car, at the movies or at the beach.
So, how do you enter? First, make sure you are a registered user at Candy Addict – this helps keep away the spammers and cheaters and it also allows you to enter all future giveaways. Next, after logging in, leave a comment on this post saying why you want to win the Lava Bars or what makes them sound great. Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries must be received no later than midnight EST Sunday, December 16.

AND not just any chocolate, but chocolate that is to be warmed up to a oozy – gooey goodness to be dribbled onto something healthy – like a banana, or fresh strawberries, or even a crisp apple. But even possibly, oh no, may I tell you outright – straight onto my tongue!
I have T2D – so truthfully, would only have a little bit, and share with family, if they said please… ;-P

December 5th, 2007 at 3:05 pmI would have to say that the reason for me wanting to win the Lava Bars is because I believe that the Reviews of Candy Addict could never steer me wrong. I read a review about Peppermint candy kisses and went out and bought them. When I got home I was far from disappointed. So when I needed something new, I returned to read about Route 29 Napa, and bought about 6lbs of chocolate. I loved every bite (of course I shared with my family and friends). I have also bought vanilla tootsie rolls because of the review I read.
Now what makes them sound great? The options of consumption! I think it is something that would be fun and tasty. With the suggestions that were given plus whatever my imagination can come up with. I also believe my boyfriend will be happy to have this on our snack rack.

Man oh man I can NOT think of a better present for my chocolate-addicted friends. I had thought I found the best gift ever in those Fresh From the Factory Reese’s cups, but after hearing Candy Addict’s reviews on them, I realized that $60 on these “tad bit better” cups may not be the best value.
From the moment I read the review for Lava Bars, my mouth started watering. I LOVE melted chocolate, I melt my Hershey’s all the time, but usually end up spooning it in my mouth from a bowl. A Lava Bar in a package just seems so perfect. Chocolate that’s MADE to be eaten this way. Yum!!
If I won, I would throw a chocolate lava party in the spirit of Christmas. Everyone would get a little packet with a bow on it. We could have ice cream! What a cool present for my friends.
I also work at a movie theater, so when you mentioned you could enjoy it “at the movies”, it just seemed perfect.
