		<description>We are very pleased that you like our candy. There are, however, a couple of items to amend.

While the recipe we offer on the web site is very tried and dependable for making your own candy at home, it is not exactly the same recipe that we use for making Flaming Hearts.

And, we do use more cinnamon oil than most, but, the heat in the candy is enhanced beyond that by two other pepper based ingredients. That raises the heat level and also adds depth to the flavor.
