She was using Dubble Bubble with all the sugar chewed out. I'm not sure how many pieces but I would guess about 4-8. Dubble Bubble really is the best gum for these kinds of feats. The video was meant to be somewhat provocative, hence the dress and the legs. While she is definitely skilled, a lot of that skill was acquired through a lot of practice.
