After watching and re-watching this video, and once I picked my jaw up off the floor, I was left feeling a bit irritated. For a Candy Addict this video is irritating on a number of levels – first, there is no info on how to replicate this yourself. What sort of gum is she using? Is there a certain amount of chew time required before it becomes elastic enough? How many pieces is she chewing? Do you need to wear a hideous evening dress and have a trendy hair style to achieve it? Is it also an ad for leg wax? (watch the video to see what I mean.) Does she use this skill as a pick up line in bars? “Wanna come back to my place and watch me blow four bubbles?” Does her mother know she can do this?
Either way it’s a totally impressive skill, and I will admit some jealousy at this girl’s amazing bubble-blowing feat. I was also somewhat disappointed that the video didn’t show the entire thing popping all over her, just so I could watch in amusement as she plucked the gum goo from the end of her nose (elegantly, of course.)
The scary thing about this video is that, like most gum chewers, I myself have attempted this and failed miserably. I could barely get two bubbles going, let alone four. If you’re reading this, 4 Bubble Girl, can you please leave a comment below with some detail? I want to try this one at home!
The most sensuous bubble-blowing video ever. Hell, the dress and the girl make the whole video. If the bubble blower were some 11-year-old fat kid, it wouldn’t be nearly as entertaining.

August 21st, 2007 at 5:06 pmAre we sure that’s gum?
August 22nd, 2007 at 8:36 pmI am not her but I do know the origin of this video. She was using Dubble Bubble with all the sugar chewed out. I’m not sure how many pieces but I would guess about 4-8. Dubble Bubble really is the best gum for these kinds of feats. The video was meant to be somewhat provocative, hence the dress and the legs. While she is definitely skilled, a lot of that skill was acquired through a lot of practice.
