Awesome looking photos on their site (which is always a plus). I’m happy to see some more adventurous chocolatiers in the South with some regional takes on chocolate.

Brian – thanks for the review! I’m glad you enjoyed the chocolates and I appreciate your honesty. I have decreased the salt flakes on the top of the sea salt caramel – it’s more of an accent now, and there will be a plain caramel available in milk and dark by the end of the week. Thanks again for giving a little exposure to a little guy.

Sea salt on chocolate? I’ve never heard of that! I would have never even imagined it in my wildest dreams! Very bizarre, in my opinion…
