According to the National Confectioner’s Association website, July 20 is National Lollipop Day. After searching, I still can’t figure out who started the holiday or when (I suspect it was created by a lollipop manufacturer). Regardless, any excuse to have some candy is good enough for me. So, eat a lollipop on July 20 – it’s a Friday and it’s National Lollipop Day! When was the last time you had a lollipop? Probably not recently enough.
