It was hard and sugary at first but then it gradually became gelatiny and gummy. They were really good. I think i've only seen them once after that unfortunately and I was broke at the time. And if anyone is curious they were bart and marge and I did feel creepy when I was eating them. They are basically coated with sugar, so the texture is kinda crystalized while the inside is gummy. They are surprisngly big as well. Not the best bargain since you have to buy them in vegas gift stores though. A good investment for gummy addicts, but I would pass if you are not too fond of different types of gummy candy.
