Oh, that's what we ended up doing on Halloween with our 15 month old. My oldest daughter went around trick or treating with TWO bags, saying one was for her sister (which she intended). Most didn't even give it a second thought and happily contributed to both bags. Maybe one or two questioned her, but my daughter was sincere in her replies that it WAS for her sister. Of course, I wouldn't let my 15 month old eat any of the candy (she did get some Teddy Grahams in her bag though) so we had to do our parental duties. :) LOL!
