Today I came across an interesting candy website: The Candy Wrapper Museum. It’s a purely online creation of Dawn, who began collecting wrappers as a teenager and has now brought them to the masses. Her collection ranges from the commonly available to the oddest finds imaginable. I personally enjoyed the Mr. T Bubblegum; I bet that gold chain has really appreciated in value!
If you’re looking for that odd candy you just can’t quite remember, or if you’re just hoping for a fun romp through the highs and lows of candy wrapper art, this is definitely a site you’ll want to visit! The CWM was even featured on TV on the Food network’s show Unwrapped!
Speaking of Food Network’s Unwrapped, I LOVE that show. Especially when it has anything to do with candy, which it often does. All those enrobers, extruders, and corn starch molds…it’s mesmerizing. Candy Addicts everywhere should check it out (if they haven’t already)!

About “Unwrapped”… I have sent e-mails to the Food Network begging them to come out with an “Unwrapped” DVD collection… Wouldn’t that be fantastic?!
