However palm oil is sadly quite scary...according to what I've read it is very high in saturated fat and it doesn't come from an easily renewable source like some other oils... :( Pocky is great, I agree! I was never a fan of the "normal" flavors, but the limited edition ones always rock my world! The best one was the Winter Coco flavor from last year.
