I agree with Kevin. It’s a new one on me that chocolate can cure acne. It would go down a storm here in the UK. I think it could be a bit like some of the hangover cures. They work for some people but makes things worse for others.

The causes of acne are still not clear. It’s not proven that it’s stress, nor that it’s chocolate. Although, I must say that I find it quite interesting that this chocolate can cure acne related problems. Never heard of something like that before…

The chocolate thing is not completely a myth. Chocolate may make you break-but the point is that chocolate won’t make EVERYONE break out. It varies from person to person. You break out from some chocolates. Maybe potato chips does it to someone else. No one particular food is linked directly to acne.

This is funny… a choco with vitamins sounds not good to me .. its something good for health already so putting it to other uses is nonsense.. So whats next? a chocolate shave gel or a anti-perspirant chocolate stick ??

The chocolate-complexion bit may be a myth–but if I don’t keep refined carbs out of my diet my acne resurges with a vengeance. Well into my 20s. I can have *chocolate*–but not the sugar that’s in most chocolate. Yes, I’ve heard, that’s a myth too. Tell my skin. :(
