I was a mint lover so mentos I would either eat peppermints or mentos. I would buy them in the big packs that you could buy from Sam's Club. I would buy them in packs at a time and go off to myself and eat and eat. In my mind they would make me feel better. I really had a problem and they really messed up my teeth. I'm so thankful that I don't have that problem any longer. I fast and pray and within time I no longer crave them but it was a process. I too used ton eat candy like crazy.
