If you’re ever in Atlanta and in search of a sugar buzz, make time to go to Sweet M’s Candy World in Northlake Mall. Sweet M’s is one of those great little places that makes the most of its space by lining the walls with everything from Jelly Belly jellybeans to Ghiradelli chocolate. Custom boxes in several sizes can be filled with gourmet truffles or any other candy in the store.
One of the coolest parts of Sweet M’s is the selection of retro and novelty candy, including French Chew Taffy, Bit-O-Honey, and Sugar Babies. If you can’t make it to Atlanta, Sweet M’s has an online store. It’s not quite as fun as sorting through bins of candy and snapping up some impulse buys, but it should hold you over until you can check out the shop in person.
