Thanks go to a reader and blogger named David for this one. He told me that in a visit to his local 7-11 he found Bubble Yum Soda. It comes in Original (Bubble Gum) and Sour Cherry flavors. David tried the Sour Cherry and said it was “surprisingly tasty”. I did some poking around online and found out that this soda is a 7-11 exclusive and that there was a Bubble Yum soda back in the 80s (I don’t remember it).
Anybody tried this? I may have to try and stop by a 7-11 to grab these to give them a try.

I’ve just tried the “original” flavor and I personally think it blows the sour cherry out of the water. It tastes just like Bubble Yum.
Ive tried them both, and they are pretty good. If you like soda with different flavors I would recommend tyring Jolly Rancher Sodas.
I FOUND OUT ABOUT THESE OH SO DELICIOUS OPS ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO AND EVERY SINCE THEN OTHER THAN WATER THAT IS ALL I WILL DRINK. I ACTUALLY WENT TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD 7-11 AND BOUGHT THE CASE THAT THEY HAD SO IM ALWAYS STOCKED. NOW I JUST NEED TO FIND A WEBSITE WHERE I CAN ORDER MY OWN CASES. IF ANY OF YOU KNOW PLEASE LET ME IN ON THIS.
RESPONSE: No need to yell, Juanita. :) It’s a 7-11 exclusive so I doubt anyone but 7-11 can order it.

THANKS BRIAN. I JUST DONT KNOW HOW MANY MORE CASES THEY WILL LET ME BUY FROM THEM. I JUST CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT. HAVE YOU TRIED IT AND DID YOU LIKE IT?
RESPONSE: I haven’t tried it. Sounds good though. You know when you write in all CAPS it’s equivalent to yelling right?
–Brian
No i didnt know that!!! Sorry and thanks for the info. but yeah you should surely try it. you are guaranteed to get hooked!!!!!
RESPONSE: Much better :) I don’t have a 7-11 near me :(
–Brian
where are you at
It seems to me like it would kind of taste like the mixture of Jones Soda Blue Bubblegum and Fufu Berry mixed together.
But I wouldn’t know cause i’ve neither heard of until now, seen, or tried.

could someone out there, tell me where i can find
Chubby’s soda pop. i brought it one time at
Sav-a-lot in Whitehall, O., then again at Dollar
General. i heard it was distributed from Canda.
e-mail me, if you have found it, thanks.
It’s the best drink ever, for children and adults,
you can’t beat it’s flavor, comes in several.

I am now 20 years old. When i was little my daddy use to take me to the texaco up the street from our house on Saturday mornings on his way to town. He always bought me a bubble gum soda. It’s so weird; I was just telling my boyfriend like a week or two ago about it and then today i was in the gas station close to where i live now and guess what i found? Bubble Gum (yum) soda. I immediately bought it and walked quickly to my car because i couldnt wait to taste it and remember the good feeling it use to give me. Cracked it open. Ahhh. Just as i remembered it.
