As some of you may know, my last name is Pipa, which is a relatively uncommon last name. When me and my sisters were little, my Grandpa called us Pipasqueaks (get it? Pipa? Pipasqueaks?). Hang in there, I’m going somewhere with this. Tonight, while surfing around I found that there is a candy called Pip-Squeaks made by the Sconza Candy Company. They are described as “Tiny, fruit-flavored chews, covered with a colorful, hard candy shell.” Here is an ebay auction for them, but it is only for the candy in bulk.
I want this candy. No, I don’t really want the candy, I want the wrapper. I have never seen or heard of these before and I’m pretty sure they aren’t available in my area. So, please be on the lookout for these and if anyone can send me a wrapper (three preferably – two for my sisters) I will hook you up with some cool candy, or I will Paypal you for the candy and shipping, or I will link to your site, or something.

Write to the company. They’re not that big (and I think still owned by the same family), so they might be happy to oblige, especially because of the story of why you want the wrapper. (And maybe they’ll leave the candy in it for you.)
On a side note, I’m hoping to visit their factory when I’m in the Bay Area next time. They make fantastic Jordan Almonds.
