For those of you reading that are addicted to candy, but are also trying to watch your girlish (or boyish) figure, iVillage has posted an article on diet-friendly candy. They mention Russell Stover Low-Carb/Low-Sugar Candy, Hershey’s Miniatures, Sweet’N Low Sugar Free Coconut Almond Clusters, Weight Watchers Candy by Whitman, and Twizzlers as candies that taste good and won’t spoil your diet. Thankfully, I’ve never had to watch my weight, though my wife may say that my “love handles” have been growing steadily ever since I started this blog.
One candy they didn’t mention was the Sugar-Free Baskin-Robbins candy – I did try those once (the mint chocolate chip flavor) and they were pretty good. Obviously, I have had Hershey’s Miniatures and Twizzlers but I have never tried the others. Has anyone tried them? Are they any good? Does anyone know of other candies or candy alternatives that can curb your candy cravings and not ruin your diet? Leave a comment and let us know!
