oh and on a side note... Prior to trying Choxie the extent of my chocolate pallet was for Reeses, snickers and the like... now... I won't touch the stuff ever again... I either get Choxie or when I can't I either buy hand crafted artisian chocolates or I make them myself... the milk chocolate makes me sick now...

Let me just say... to those of your who tried the thick bars and truffles and did not like them and passed by the thins... your missing out BIG TIME...

I personally am a HUGE fan of their thins and their dark truffles...

I have to ask if you have taken the time to have their peppermint thin or their espresso thin?

They cost approximately $3 each (in my area) and I usually have a single bar last me 3 months or longer when normally I can chomp my way mindlessly through BAGS of "average" candy in one sitting...

But when it comes to their thins... I take my time... I breathe in deeply and let the aroma fill me first... I then take a small piece and break it off and let it melt away in my mouth...

Now this is a feat considering I am a Mom to 3 little boys... and most of my trips to target are around 9pm and my kids are tired, fussy and fighting...

But as soon as I get to the car and get them strapped in those few moments are all I need to let all my stress melt away and I feel like a new woman no matter what is going on around me...

but then again thats just me ;~)

I notice that many of your comments state a dislike for Choxie. Yes, while they do come in pretty packaging, all they really are are the "store brand candy" For all you chocolate and candy lovers, would you go to your favorite grocery store and buy their brand of chocolate & candy?? NO! Why? Because you know it is inferior & waxy. This is all a big PR campaign done very well, and that's why it cost way more than it's worth. I have tried it, and the above statement is my opinion.

I loved the chocolate covered coffee beans and I liked the rasberry truffles. I've definitely had better chocolate, but they still were good to me. I did not find the price to be bad either.

i absolutely love the choxie dark coconut macadamia clusters! they are now my favorite candy! my only problem is that they are to high priced and can only afford them every so often! would buy a lot more often if they were a little cheaper! i am having trouble finding the same one in the big candy bar any more tho'! wish they would make more of them readily available! love it!

Have you tried Cowgirl chocolates? You have to order them online, but they are really spicy. When people dislike them it is generally because they are too spicy. You might like them. I also was unimpressed by Choxie.

umm... I think by Hot Chocolate bar they meant hot chocolate as in the drink... why would they have spicy chocolate? I like spicy, but they just wouldn\'t go together...

RESPONSE: No, it was definitely supposed to be spicy: “deep, dark truffled chocolate with chipotle chili heat”
